Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Blend the apple with the banana, ground dates, cinnamon and almond milk until smooth. 
  2. Take a bowl, preferably with a lid, to put in the fridge. Add the rolled oats, then pour in the apple-cinnamon almond milk and mix well. 
  3. Put it in the fridge overnight or let it sit for at least 2 hours. 

Before serving, adjust the consistency if necessary - if too thin, add a spoonful of rolled oats, if too thick, pour in a little more almond milk. Garnish with fresh fruit and seeds to taste.
