Overnight apple pie porridge

Make the fridge work for you!
Ingredients:
- 1 red apple, pitted and cut into large pieces
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Hester's Life 100% Rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of Hester's Life Ground dates
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation:
- Blend the apple with the banana, ground dates, cinnamon and almond milk until smooth.
- Take a bowl, preferably with a lid, to put in the fridge. Add the rolled oats, then pour in the apple-cinnamon almond milk and mix well.
- Put it in the fridge overnight or let it sit for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, adjust the consistency if necessary - if too thin, add a spoonful of rolled oats, if too thick, pour in a little more almond milk. Garnish with fresh fruit and seeds to taste.
