What exactly is granola?
Granola - also known as baked muesli - began its conquest in the United States in the early ’60s. It was originally made from Graham flour and consumed with milk. Over time, various cereal flakes were added to the mixture, sticked and baked together with some oil and honey.
What are Hester's Life products free of?
None of our granolas, oatmeals or mueslis contain added sugar, gluten, animal ingredients, artificial flavours or colourants.
Can people with food intolerances eat the products?
It depends on the type of food sensitivity. If you have a gluten, milk protein or lactose intolerance, feel free to choose from any of our products. However, if you are sensitive to oilseeds or small seeds, for example, check the ingredients of our products and choose those that do not contain them.
Can people with insulin resistance or diabetes take them?
All our products are added sugar-free, they contain only naturally occurring sugars. In addition, they contribute to a balanced blood sugar level thanks to their high fibre content. Our products can also be included in a diet for people with insulin resistance and diabetes, but you should be aware of and take into account the carbohydrate and natural sugar content of the granola/porridge/muesli and the carbohydrate value of the milk, yoghurt or vegetable drink you consume with it.
Can Hester's Life products be included in a vegan diet?
Yes, as they do not contain any ingredients of animal origin.
Where do the ingredients used in the products come from?
From Hungary, Europe and the Middle-East. We prefer using mainly domestic suppliers, but there are some ingredients that are unfortunately not available here. That's where our foreign partners come in.
Where are the products made?
In Hungary, in Veszprém in particular, at the plant of Hester's Life Ltd.
Can the packaging of the product be collected selectively?
Yes, our boxes and BOPP foil should be collected selectively to protect the environment.
Can I save my mix in the mixer?
Yes, if you are registered and order like that, you can save your mix at the end of the order and re-order it with one click for your next order.

Where can I buy the products?
Online, on the hesterslife.com website under the Products menu or in the stores of our retailers - DM, Rossmann, Spar, Tesco, Müller.
ORDERING, DELIVERY
Do I need to register to order?
No.
How can I track my order?
You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been processed and when it has been delivered to the courier.
How much is the delivery charge?
1190 Ft, however for orders above 8500 Ft delivery is free.
If you are a regular customer, you may want to order several products at once to reduce your ecological footprint.
Which delivery methods can I choose?
Your order will be delivered to the address you specify by a GLS courier.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, within Europe we also deliver to EU countries.
How long will delivery take after ordering?
We aim to dispatch all orders with the shortest possible lead time. We usually deliver your order within 1-3 working days.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Email your request to [email protected].
What happens if I can't pick up my package?
No problem! GLS will attempt delivery for 3 consecutive business days.

Bank card, bank transfer, cash on delivery.
CONSUMPTION ADVICE
When and with what should I consume the product?
Generally, we recommend to consume granola, muesli and porridge for breakfast, lunch or snack. You can prepare it with milk, yoghurt, smoothies or a vegetable drink.
Can children eat the products?
Absolutely! Our products contain no added sugar, yet are delicious and sweet, making them a great alternative to sugary cereals. They're sure to love it! We recommend products without oil seeds for children under 11 months.
